Personally, I don’t think there is a particularly right way to collect data via social media. However, there is a wrong way to do it; that would be selling personal information. That’s a big no-no.

Learning about international expansions for a company like Starbucks, using tools such as Excel and dashboards, interesting as it highlights the difference between company owned locations and licensed locations, especially in terms of profit margins.
