I agree. I’ve rewatched the episode for a further opinion and ultimately I think I was a bit too quick/rash to mention about the flashbacks, the story needs these flashbacks to build the backstory of Dunc, I was just very eager to see more of the trial that I probably didn’t appreciate it as much.

The 5th ep of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms slightly underwhelmed me, still good and loving the show.

Understand why flashbacks are important, I just don’t enjoy them hugely. (Wanted more of the trial of seven).
