I think it can be both like Roman dialect or archaic Italian
Hey there! It sounds like dialect
Agree! My favorite songs are Parabol/Parabola and Schism (I used to play it with my friends)
My first approach was Stinkfist on MTV, it left me quite confused (I was a 'purist' extreme metal fan back then)... Years later I bought Aenima before coming home from University and I devoured it on the bus... Undertow was my second purchase, my favorite is Lateralus.
Mainly the art but also the βwhat if I want to sell it?ββ¦ and I tend to attach to thingsβ¦
For example I donβt think I will ever be able to get rid of Lords of Waterdeep
Boxesβ¦
For example, Iβve disdained Tool for years. And then, one random day they clicked. And Iβve enjoyed them since then. I am glad I didnβt miss out them. Things click when you are ready. Or they just donβt. The important thing is enjoy what resonates with you, no matters when and why.
I had similar thoughts about my record collection. In time I came to a conclusion: everything arrives in the right moment, may they be games, bands, books.
Iβve trashed all the X-Wing boxes and put everything in two Plano cases. Iβve felt bad for a while πππ

Keeping would involve wrapping and storing them inside moisture-tight enclosures in my garage (to maintain some value in case I have to sell something).
Trashing would make me feel like an hereticβ¦
I donβt knowβ¦
What about the empty boxes? Should I keep or trash them?
In my quest for more shelf and head space, I am still assessing which #boardgames to cull.
In the meantime, I am consolidating the ones I will keep by printing inserts to store the expansions together with the main boxes. This way I can set aside a lot of expansion packaging. The question is: >
*attempt at... sorry for my wobbling grammar :(
A Seiko Instruments Inc. Walkman of mid '90s. There was a missing button on top, which I 3D-printed and replaced. Here my hand is holding the device to show the button section with 3 buttons, the middle one is the one I printed, it's slightly off, but close enough to the originals.
This is my first attempt in 3D modeling and printing. It's not perfect, but I am proud.
I've learned how to use Sketchup just yesterday, and I immediately started tinkering to rebuild a missing button for my mid '90s Seiko Walkman.
This is prototype n.8, it needs some tweaking but I am quite happy
Tinkering with my first own 3D-print project (a replacement FF button for my old Seiko Walkman).
A lot of mistakes but I am having quite fun. Learned how to use Sketchup in a couple of days and now I am perusing Bamboo Studio. I am not quite there yet, but I am enjoying the trial and error process!
Finally a crunchy game night! Played a 4p game of Concordia, with Italia map. This time we enjoyed the game so much. 2:18 hours of sheer fun. I even won the game! #boardgames
Some cool stuff here!
Small 3D-printed clip to keep board games gameboards straight and plain.
A larger clip over a gameboard to show how it's made. A long plastic bracket with a longer flap and a shorter one to attach to the gameboard edge
A 3D-printed button clip on a Dixit vote dial: a round cog-shaped numbered disk under a longer cardboard piece with a round window to show one number at a time. The clip is fixed at the top center to let the dial turn.
I am testing some 3D-printed #boardgame accessories.
Clips are perfect for bendy/warped gameboards.
The round button for Dixit is just perfect, even better than the original one.

Printed with PETG-HF filament, I am very satisfied with the result. Minimal imperfections due to humidity, but nothing to write home about.
A 3D-printed insert to organize all the components of Grand Austria Hotel and the Let's Waltz Expansion. The organizer trays in the picture are arranged in a 2x2 grid inside the box, holding cards, dice, tiles, and other components
The upper layer of the insert, in a 3 x 3 grid of trays, containing wooden tokens, cardboard tiles, and three different decks of cards.
Just finished printing and sorting this awesome insert for the Grand Austria Hotel #boardgame. Everything from the base game and the Let's Waltz expansion fit snuggly in the trays. It even passed the vertical storage test.

February was a slow month for #boardgames. Fortunately, I feel much better now and Iβm looking forward to playing more in March! #bgstats
Props to @bgstatsapp.bsky.social for the great BGStats App!
Itβs in my wishlist. Itβs quite hard to find here in Italy but I am looking for it in the second hand market.
100%
I tend to complete the games I like the most. At the moment I got everything for Anachrony (my no. 1 game of all time), Concordia (all the maps and expansions), and Scythe (minus the map extension, the modular board, and the metal coins), Newton, Lorenzo il Magnifico.
