You're right, just lack of space I'm afraid, there were quite
a number of NHS apologies after very serious failures, and it seemed better to put aside for now than risk apparently trivialising when could do no more than list, without explanation. Maybe that was wrong, but that was my thinking.
Quite something to claim you've listened to views of your staff when you meet and agree a transfer deal while your journalists are still on strike. And you dismiss out-of-hand their analysis of the flaws in your own reasoning, despite their deep understanding of journalism.
