Just today was a rough one
Todays been a day of legitimately beating myself up for every little thing and unfortunately I am my worst critic. I feel like I'm the worst at everything :,)
I feel so bad because it's an every week thing and I've been trying to improve but I have a tendency to just beat myself up.
Somehow my hyperfixation rn is Gregory horror show so I've been putting every night before bed and watching judgement boy scream judgement
