Yeah that was not bad. Pretty good, even! Plenty of opportunities left on the table and too many cliches but on the whole very respectable.
I’m enjoying this movie as one of the better stories in this universe but I dunno, maybe the Predator should be taking trophies from the things he kills. Maybe that would be an easy way to connect this to the original.
Huh I wonder if this thing that attacks him immediately will come into play later.

Finally getting around to watching Predator Badlands.
Just before the opening lightsaber fight it occurred to me that the Yaujta should be radical environmentalists who came together and did a moon shot to prevent hunting everything on their planet to extinction… by hunting things on other planets.
This, of course, is what early access is for: to figure out which classes are well balanced, which need some tweaks, and which should be taken out behind the woodshed.
I'm extremely interested to see the win/loss stats for Slay the Spire 2's classes.
Based on my experience it's:
Ironclad
Defect
Necrobinder
Silent
Regent
Those both came out within a few months of Monster Train 2.
How am I meant to play all of these?

Hope you don't mind my chiming in here, but the whole reason there are a bunch of critics out there is that no one review can represent everybody's POV. Looking at Rotten Tomatoes, for example, it's almost never 100% or 0%. And no single critic is with the majority 100% of the time.
