In 2008 I had to wait 2 hours for Metal Gear Solid 4 to install from two full size Blu Ray Discs. In 1994 I had to install Doom 2 from 4 floppy discs. You're deliberately arguing past the point being made I'm checking out.
They use a grid of lasers to chop an unsuspecting guy into cubes, 5 stars.
Unimpeachable film simply because of the laser hallway sequence that is almost 1:1 lifted from the game.
I just need them to do an Xbox style controller UI for the OpenMW engine re-implementation and then they can leave it, no more.
Video game complexity in terms of simulation capabilities, world scope, detail, data streaming and loading. I have no idea what you're talking about right now I don't think we're on the same page at all.
Look I'm the first in line for "Video Games haven't appreciably improved from an aesthetic perspective in almost two decades" but complexity wise games are far far far more advanced these days. Diminishing returns has been locking in on graphic capabilities since end of PS3 generation.
Ummmm I bought a GameCube in 2002 I can't believe they didn't make Pokopia backwards compatible for the Nintendo GameCube.
Reminder Leon never technically started his first day as a cop so even though he has the uniform he's not a bastard.
This is what resident evil would be if the developers weren't COWARDS
8. Resident Evil: Requiem
GOTY frontrunner. Perfectly paced, extremely fun and exciting, switching between the two characters perfectly alleviates and re-establishes tension while still allowing progression. Masterpiece.
Netflix bro what the fuck are you doing.
Exactly as generational a track as it was in 2007, historic banger.
Oh well, We got Death Stranding 2 on PC so Sony can just shut down PlayStation now.
Don't you want another 300 people in the comments explaining to you that there's totally a difference between cosy games and comfort games that they didn't just make up on the spot?
*My* Kiryu would never lie like that. Lying for pretty much any reason tears him up inside to a ridiculous degree.
He's *so* caring and empathetic to all living beings throughout every game and now they're stripping all of that out because I guess it makes him uncool now.
I feel like the current team at RGG fundamentally misunderstand Kiryu as a character and think he should be a cool, aloof and edgy Yakuza man instead of a fundamentally kindhearted, honourable and extremely hardheaded goof who just had a specifically cruel set circumstances thrust onto him
this cures what ails me every time
I'd say we didn't know how good we had it but I've been Yakuza 3s great defender for a long time now. Might be the best one.
PEAK! It's crazy how much they botched Kiwami
If he wasn't supposed to Just Die then what does JD even stand for?
Second paragraph got me fucking winded. What a gut punch.
I hope the Devs have polished up their resumes for when this flops a week after launch and they shitcan the entire Dev team instead of the executive who decided the way to revive the brand was to shoehorn it into a paid live service extraction shooter.
It's such an openly shitty thing to do to everyone involved. This online only live service game is *60 Australian Dollars dollars*
I think most people are playing whatever games they have nostalgia for from their childhood, like oh I don't know, Beetle Adventure Racing for instance, but the new generations will pretty much only play the hits I would have to assume.
(this is what I like about Xenoblade 2 but that probably goes too far in the other direction)
7. RYB (from the creator of Strange Jigsaws)
A very neat little minesweeper/sudoku/colour-matching game that introduces new mechanics at a steady pace and gets quite tricky with its challenge. Both this and 20 small mazes by the same developer are free, compact and well worth your time.
The most common mistake new dark souls players make is that Stamina and especially HP are your most core stats. Provided you can reach the minimum requirements for the weapon you want to main you can get through the entire game based solely on weapon upgrade level and throw everything else into HP.
But wouldn't blame anyone for not paying for any RGG goods for the foreseeable future.
