Does bedrock feel like an upgrade or downgrade when coming at it from a java perspective? It has a lot of nice exclusives, but also a fair few odd bugs! (boats come to mind right now lol)
@jebox.bsky.social given the slow release of the combat tests and village trade rebalance, is it fair to say that nerfs are harder to implement in Minecraft than buffs? Would it be easier to fix mending by making a mutually exclusive enchantment that is equally desirable,like how infinity bows work?

I think the best way to balance copper while also using its "identity" would be to make it as strong as iron at the start, before degrading as it's used. Looking forward to seeing how copper evolves!

I'm amazed by Vibrant Visuals for overworld biomes, the slight fog difference makes such a huge difference to the feel of each biome, and the transitions between them

Realms stories are one of the more underrated features in bedrock Minecraft IMO. Being able to see what/when other people are playing is great for multiplayer servers, but it's even fun when you have a strictly singleplayer world
I think the player locator bar is one of the biggest actual changes Minecraft have made to the game in a long while. I hope this is a good sign for what their next game drop!

It took most of a year, but I'm glad the biome explorer maps made it to the main game. These are a great way to be able to search your world for biomes without having to use external tools, and the high use of those tools tells me this is especially worth doing.
1.21.60 also changed the world gen on every seed, resulting in some funny combinations
The lack of pausing is a real shame, I hope that we get some decent communication on an expected release date for it!
