My mom's moving back in. It's not a bad thing, I'm actually kind of excited about it and it'll solve a lot of problems, but her move date coincides with my current book deadline and LMAO.

The years after I moved from LA were hella chaotic and I've worked hard to stabilize. This is a return to form.

Basically, the ratings agency thinks the combined entity faces a ton of competition & there's a risk the entire enterprise fails -- debt attached to it is therefore high-risk
