I am not naive enough to think that this is the last word… but I do have faith in the amazing people on the ground in the VA.

Every Vet should call, still, and make sure they are still going to be taken care of.

The email went on to say that information to the contrary via a non-governmental website, and that all official changes will be announced in VA News feeds.

I just called the VA and asked if I would be denied intake or new care based upon my political affiliation. The kind and understanding CSA at the Health intake line said they received an email this AM that nothing has changed, that there is zero consciousness of political affiliation in the system.

How about not hiring the BEST APPLICANTS, based upon their ability to DO THE JOB?

This makes me so sad; every one of my
fellow veterans needs to STOP, THINK about what it means defend the Constitution, and hopefully decide that what they are seeing is WRONG.

It was kind of funny and sad, we noticed some of the soldiers marching weren’t even keeping cadence or staying in step. We think it was their way of protesting in plan sight.

This is pathetically hilarious

a) US Army vehicles might fall apart during in-climate weather
b) Mass measles scare
c) No good food along the Capital Mall
d) The threat of protester violence at a parade of the *US ARMY*, separated by barricades and 10-ft fences, was too great
e) Citizens were marching for their rights elsewhere

Just gonna say, Bluesky is a lot of fun on No Kings Day. I am about to collapse into a puddle of exhilarated exhaustion but I can't stop scrolling.

I can't stop laughing. I honestly have only seen No Kings Day content until this. And that was enough. But this is just <chef's kiss emoji>.

I want to be clear: I cannot get enough of this content. My appetite for this public humiliaition is insatiable. My schadenfreude tank is unfillable. I want more- always more.
