So the easy bit is done, the writing and the editing of Book One. Now the fun begins, currently playing with promo videos and stuff and working out just how I actually publish this masterpiece.
As usual the office assistant is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

Well, after a week's break for my birthday, I'm back to the editing. Junior office assistant has been promoted as we have a new junior in training. It's going to take a while. But at least they are now getting on, to the detriment of my garden.

It's been a while since I posted, mainly because I haven't really been working due to adjusting to the passing of the senior office assistant. Finally getting back on track, so went to the cemetery to take photos for reference yesterday, only to find it was closed (grumble, grumble)

So what does a writer do on her day off (No2)? Goes out with a pair of pruners and fights brambles for two hours. (The plant variety, not the Jnr office assistant - who is also called Bramble). Shouts of 'ouch get off Bramble' may have caused the neighbours concern.

I think I'm about halfway there, but I still can't plan something from scratch.

Halfway through reading a thriller, I've not taken to any of the characters and at this point I'm only sticking with it to see if the writer manages to pull all the ends together.

Starting a new WIP while editing another is fun because when I get frustrated with one story’s plotholes, I can go and read the other one’s plotholes instead! #writersky #WIP

I feel your pain. I started a standalone which became a trilogy and something I wanted to add in book three made a plot hole in book one that wasn't there previously. If only I could plan instead of pants🤣
