People always ask what you did on your days off. Why do I feel like "lay in bed eating trifle and drinking beer" isn't an acceptable answer...
Until a couple hundred years ago (or less really) people never saw what they looked like. Cameras didn't exist, mirrors were few, flawed and expensive. I don't think we're supposed to be able to look at ourselves all the time.

I didn't post yesterday! I am fail! The #Tesco next to my work is shit. They have no pastries anymore, their coffee machine was switched off today, and their fridges are extremely dilapidated.

Gave three tiny vials of blood for some standard tests and nearly passed out. Nurse convinced it's psychological and tries to explain to me how much blood I have, I know how much blood I have. I swear it's physiological, my body just hates giving blood.
