I didn't like it as much as you did but it's defs something I look as as like, extremely cool and the ultimate ideal of B-movies (or what I imagine the ideal of them to be since I haven't seen many of them)

One thing I appreciate about old internet humor is how blunt it was. Look at this image. Adding ANYTHING ruins the joke. It's perfect. Why? Because some guy on a message board went "I really want to dunk on this game, what's the least work I can do to get my point across." Pure Distilled Comedy.

luckily all the ones here are just lazy "character puts [thing] at the end of all their sentences" so remembering is the only hard part
the hardest part of translating a game with characters that have speech quirks is remembering to use them
Mulholland Drive
This is a cool movie that I ultimately couldn't vibe with because it's much too weird for me. The direction, sound design, acting, etc. were all great, but eventually the plot just completely lost me, which is unfortunate, but I guess its weirdness is the appeal for some people.

i think it's funny how NEO's (presumably earned) reputation as an especially kid-friendly entry is belied by the fact that all its entries are from the 90s of earlier despite its being a late 2009 release

this isn't really weird wasei eigo it's kind of the opposite. i never really thought about it being wasei eigo since it means what it says but i guess it kind of is
apparently it's really good, and 25 episodes for a show from that era is promising since my main criticism of them is that they're generally much longer than needed (due to often being 39+ episodes)
