I‘ve done a lot of healing work in myself as I have recovered from growing up in an alcoholic home. Food became my comfort as a child when I would be scared/confused and I used it to stuff down feelings. I’ve never felt that old compulsion creep up like it has in 2026. We are in crazy-making times.
