Our youth are our future! I joined RCSD students, including from my alma mater of SOTA, participating in Project Soapbox, a program focused on developing communication skills and allowing members to showcase issues important to the community. A great job from everyone!
Met with Coach USA representatives to discuss key issues affecting New York’s charter bus industry, including safety measures and adequate funding for reliable roads. As Transportation Chair, I’m always happy to support efforts that strengthen the industry and keep passengers safe.

Poverty rates, especially child-poverty rates, are far too high across New York State. I met with leaders from RMAPI on why it's crucial to continue our work ensuring access to quality care, economic opportunities, and housing, to uplift our community members out of poverty.
