When I was running for City Council in 2024, I attended a virtual Dem Party meeting and I said we need to use the word genocide in the resolution and they said it was “too controversial.”
Months later this pretty powerful person in local politics did everything she could to stop me getting elected

The most important thing about Tom Homan's "tactics" are that they rely on many people's desire to have "good police" who will "do things the right way." A reminder that to resist ICE requires resisting the impulse to demand help from law enforcement.

During my apartment search, I found several newer options in NW I liked except for the gas stoves included in every one of them! Too bad one of the buildings had the nicest accessible bike room but gas appliances. Why.
