Hopefully with time my vision therapy exercise routine won’t cause so much discomfort, at least that’s what is supposed to happen. I just can’t believe I’m gonna be in this mess for 3-6 months. but yeah if I’m not very active or responsive, this is why. I’m going to work very hard to get better :’/
I’m very sad I’m in this situation, and I did it to myself. If you look at screens a lot please dont ever push through eye strain. Take breaks from the screen at LEAST every hour. Preferably every 20 min. Be mindful of how close the screen is to your face. just want my eyes to work normally again ❤️🩹
today makes 3 days into my vision therapy journey. I am estimated to need 12-24 weeks of treatment lol ugh 😞💔 It is really hard. My head and eyes hurt every day. I have to severely limit my screen time which is difficult as a digital artist and as someone with many long distance/online friendships.
finally purchased an art quality printer :3 this means I will be able to offer a larger variety of print designs, as I don’t have to outsource in bulk anymore. i can print on demand!! This print and more are coming to my store as soon as possible. Waiting on new sticker sheets to arrive first ^_^ 🩷
