I have a write-in to add. 6/Conditioning coaches. They are responsible for getting and keeping the players in game shape. The sheer number of injuries the Canucks have had over the last couple seasons have been a major factor in their lack of success. MAJOR!

They are hoping for a trade… the faster that they clear out the old vets, the faster the rebuild can start to correct what a horrible chapter this has been for Canucks nation.
It will be nice once the rebuild is a year down the road, new players, top draft pick, NEW COACHING STAFF… maybe new management too?!

Nope. Coaching is crap, special teams is crap. Conditioning coaching is crap (SO MANY INJURIES THE LAST FEW YEARS). The rebuild will need to include coaching… and likely management too.
