Mohamed Al Fayed: Three women interviewed by police on suspicion of sex trafficking The women have been interviewed under suspicion of aiding and abetting rape and human trafficking, the Met Police says.

This is a positive step but the Met must upgrade this to a full trafficking investigation, with sufficient resources.

My constituent was one of the 100s of victims abused by Mohamed Al-Fayed & his cronies.

They deserve justice, not token gestures.

I was delighted to meet Why Me?'s excellent team of Restorative Justice Facilitator trainees and share my family’s experience of RJ.

I enjoyed chairing this year’s first meeting of the APPG for the Republic of Korea.

It was interesting hearing from Professor John Nilsson-Wright of Cambridge University, who shared ideas on the politics in the region & the relationship between the UK & the Republic of Korea.

I enjoyed answering questions at the King's College School aspirations partnership programme, and meeting students from schools across the community.

A lovely visit to St John Fisher Primary this morning.

I answered some tough questions the students had on parliament life, and discussed key issues with the Head such as SEND.

It was a pleasure to visit St George’s Hospital & meet with the management team again.

We discussed progress made since the CQC’s critical report into maternity & A&E services, and I pressed again for the Queen Mary’s minor injuries unit to be restored as a walk-in service.

It was good to sit down with Sangeeta, the Postmistress at Wimbledon Post Office, to discuss the imminent closure.

In 2018, I used legal action to stop Sadiq Khan closing Wimbledon Police Station.

Now, Lib Dem colleagues on Richmond Council are doing the same to protect their last public-facing police station.

Today we remember the six million Jews who were victims of the Holocaust and all those who suffered under Nazi persecution.

I enjoyed visiting the head office of Smartway Pharmaceuticals in Wimbledon and meeting their leadership team.

It was great to see first-hand the work they do in supporting patient access to essential medicines.

It was fantastic to attend the Women In Sport reception & hear about their focus on women in coaching getting to the top level.

I also loved catching up with Brian Moore, who happens to be a constituent!

I enjoyed meeting with representatives from Merton Cycling Campaign.

We discussed the benefits of active travel, how to ensure safety for all road users & the dangers of illegal e-bikes.
