I've thought a lot about community disconnectedness and in particular the decline of participation in intergenerational communities in recent years. This piece considers the nihilism at the core of ever more individualistic ways of being through an exploration of the writings of mass murderers.

Ontario Government now overseeing both the hospital system and the school board in London. Perhaps funding that meets the needs of the massive geographical region each serves would help?
