I worked on this Forest for about a year, and even in the best fiscal times there was no where near enough funding. The White River is massive in terms of acreage and use. These cuts for our lands will be devastating for tourism, recreation, agriculture, & ecosystem health and services.

This is all very interesting, I appreciate everyone explaining this. Because, at face value it does sound ‘good’. How does this compare with black footed ferrets? They were technically extinct, is it more positive because we have data that they are beneficial for their environment?
