Go preorder this Crawlspace too! Then you can have a set.
Ha! Yes, I noticed that on Amazon and then saw how many other books have the same title in the past. Thereβs one or twoβ¦
Good luck with the launch. Just read the description and it looks like a fantastic story!
I love the cover for my book! And all the others here :)
Halfway through the first season of Moviedrome!
Today's #projectrepoman post is about The Hired Hand, an acid western from 1971, starring and directed by Peter Fonda, fresh off the success of Easy Rider.

An excellent thread from Alex here, looking at one of classic Great Army find types. I'm going to be posting a lot more about these weights very soon...
Young woman holding a screaming child with captions: "How can a single night wear you down so much? I was finished."
Sleeping woman holding sleeping baby and sleeping axe, with onlooker saying: "But I do know not to wake a sleeping baby... and especially not the axe-wielding maniac she's sleeping on."
Woman screaming: "Mothers are just people!! Weare all people!!! Auugghhh!"
Cover of Golden Rage: Mother Knows Best, showing a woman with a grandma bracelet, hands covered in blood, holding a bloodied knife.
With Mother's Day coming up in the UK, may I suggest getting your mum or grandmother friend a cathartic copy of Golden Rage: Mother Knows Best? She probably has enough candles.

Don't just take my word for it...
They got thrown randomly into a playlist, and they fit perfectly with the type of music I like when I'm writing fiction - nothing too distracting or intense, but not bland. Lovely stuff.
If you're here, then I probably don't need to tell you, but love and support artists, because they deserve your love and support for making life better. 9/9

Just discovered Fever Ray, so today's work is to a soundtrack of Fever Ray. Probably tomorrow's too.

Was it the Nick Cave Version?
Part 1/2 of a 4-panel SMBC comic update. The first panel shows the Fairy Godmother and Cinderella in a room with a pumpkin on a dresser. The Fairy Godmother says "and with my magic, Cinderella, that pumpkin will turn into a carriage when the sun sets." Intrigued, Cinderella asks "wait. So... Tonight... That pumpkin suddenly expands to twenty times it's size?" When the Fairy Godmother replies yes, Cinderella continues "and then at midnight it shrinks back and just looks like pumpkin? Like regular old pumpkin. Like anyone who saw it would say 'that's just a pumpkin?'" The fairy Godmother inquires "right. Why?"
Part 2/2 of a 4-panel SMBC comic update. In the final panel, Cinderella is insistingly serving roast squash to her step family, saying "have some more roast squash, beloved stepmother." With the stepmother replying "Oh, maybe just one more bite."
Actually there's probably a medieval German version that makes this one look pleasant.
