Fabulous to find critters in the greenery at Sandwich lakes.

I set myself a challenge to find a cuckoo at Pegwell without hearing it first. I succeeded. It made no call in all the time I watched it.

A gloriously sunny weekend.

Rather overcast at Pegwell but it was good to hear my first Nightingale of the year and see and hear my first Cuckoo too.

I didn't see or hear anything new, but thoroughly enjoyed the green at Blean 😌
