The utter despair when you find a great series and realize it’s being released weekly and it’s only given you 5 episodes so far 😭

My redeeming feature is being able to move mountains on a moments notice for the people I care about or for the people who are paying me 🤠🤡😂💖

My toxic trait is knowing that I could eventually accomplish anything I wanted to given sufficient time and motivation, but being absolutely paralyzed by choices and doom scrolling my day away and lamenting how fast time passes 😔🥀💀

“I didn’t have to do this but I’m doing it because I want to” is not something I’d say to people but is a great affirmation. Feels good to spend our energy on things that we like and that we want to. There’s not point to this except to say I love quitting stuff. Go forth and enjoy quitting too.

And last, because I love quitting stuff, whenever I choose to spend my free time on things that require effort or cost or energy because I want to, those become even more meaningful.

I don’t quit the stuff that I need to do or my responsibilities - it’s the little things I love quitting. Find the small joys in life? Try finding the small things to quit and watch your joy increase anyways 😂

Plans cancelled? Great I can now rot at home guilt free. Streak ended? Who cares - I gave myself a reward for trying anyways. There is so much stuff in my life that I’m required to do that dropping stuff just feels great.

Here’s the thing: I love quitting stuff.
