I think it was a good moment for moving to the new save. I didn't have yet that many generations and now I have all the fixes and changes that apply only to new saves. It was a lot of work, but still manageable. But I'm happy it's over 🤣🤣

Unfortunately no. I tried even modding the traps, but maybe not hard enough 🤔 anyway as you wrote, for the custom template none of the traps outcome was positive 😔 But I gave up quite quickly, so maybe there is a way.

For now I set up graphics to a little bit lower. That must work because I don't plan to buy new computer within at least 2 years, unless I am really forced to do so.
I have all families and friends set up (the ones that I needed). And now I am restoring houses and all buildings and I can already see I will not restore all. I think installation of the last pack made my game super slow, the performance is super bad now. I guess I would need faster computer...

I had only 5 generations. So basically most of the family- older generations- was either already in the new save (as I play with families from the game), and I "transfered" the new generations from old save. I did marriages old fashion way - cheat friend and romance bar, then quick engagement
Well, I do it manually. I already had a lot of families saved in Tray. My old save can be still open, I can save families from there directly from Manage families view (I just can't open households because of some save corruption). I use MCCC only to set up relations parents-children.

How does it go with forgiveness? Because I chose to report her 😆 so I don't know what they say when there is the forgoving option chosen.

Thanks! It was not that hard. I could take almost entire families from my old save (which is still openable apart from my own families :p ). And I only had to redo few relations between families for the tree to work and show up all correctly. I just didn't want to loose their progress 😔
Yeah... but it didn't even take that much time. I took most of Sims from old save which is still openable (apart from my own families :p). So I basically saved entire families and I only had tp restore few relations for the family tree to work.
I'm still not done, but I estimate I have back 80% of families that I need. The biggest challenge was to restore Landgraabs-Villareals-Huntingtons-Scotts-Bailey-Moon relations. They are all connected in my old save 😳
Laurents with Bjergsens was also a bit tough.
