Ive always accommodated handheld players at GatorLAN for this reason. There are more points of failure, and we dont have the budget to buy handheld adapters, but having people bring their own really worked

This looks a lot like Animal Kingdom's ASCO habitat, which is pretty large and very suitable for them. Animal Kingdom has fantastic enrichment and training programs as well
