I need to pay 10 grand by March 1st of next year. I have house bills out the rear-end and live alone. I really need people to stop telling me to take a break; resting isn't feasible; resting will only get me further into debt. Cancer is too expensive to keep fighting.

My real family are the ones who didnβt abandon me when I said I am scared to live as myself in my own country, are the people who have been there for me since my mother died, and actually talk and reach out to me when Iβve been radio silent for months just to check if Iβm still breathing.
Made the hard choice of fully blocking and cutting off a toxic biological family member today. We had a conversation that devolved into a screaming match where they hung up like a toddler. Why? Because theyβre fully indoctrinated into the cult of MAGA and completely transphobic.
