When you have lost trust or hope It is easy for any organisation to lose the trust of the people it serves or the staff who work within it. It is easy to lose a sense of hope about the future and what actions to take in the present. What we offer is a way of rebuilding the foundations and enabling honest conversations about past regrets, current confusions and futures hopes. The Three Gatherings method comes from years of work by Alastair Somerville in many types of organisation and in many different problem spaces.
