I’m not happy that I have to do so many rewrites on so many projects. I am happy that I get to live in these stories a little longer than I thought at first. I’m not happy at how long it’s taking. I am happy that every day is a day closer to a finished book.

Absolutely. Maybe it’s time to reconnect with an old friend or something ☺️

I think I might be growing a real fondness for writing long books. Something about a huge page count really gets me going.

Next month makes it a decade since I first published a novel in paperback.

Holy shit, how times have changed, but what has remained the same is my inability to create and stick to a marketing plan 😐
