Last time this happened to me I had to go low and slow on sipping bone broth and gatorade; it was frustrating but it helped, if it helps 💜

And I think it was so pronounced because my Mars/Saturn conjunction was ALREADY activated via 3H Sag on L5 & L3 as well.

Obviously not every 3H Sag L6 will have anger and frustration and swearing, but I'm guessing if a mutable sign (i.e., both malefics) is on preceding levels, the chances go up lol

e.g., during 3H Sag L6 when my Mars/Saturn conjunction was activated, I tried to give the cats their Gabapentin but neither of them would touch it. I got so pissed off that I yelled "FINE, BUT YOU'RE GONNA HATE BEING IN THE CAR FOR 7 HOURS" then cried because I was super frustrated and felt awful 😂

Thanks to this ep, I realized that I have had 3 cycles where I kept my head down and worked well, got promotions (that I didn't necessarily even want lol) and worked my ass off, then end up leaving in a year or two for multiple reasons. And all 3 instances ended w/a big physical relocation.
