Senate appropriators approve Homeland measure after working through an immigration-related snag. Hagerty had wanted to move $$ from shelter and services to ICE.
This issue, which is immigration-related, appears to have been worked out. Senate appropriators now plan to approve the Homeland measure today.
Murray says there is an *outstanding issue* with the Homeland bill and for the moment, they're not moving forward with that measure until its resolved. Could still be approved today.
