Bert Grimm's Speed is iconic in the tattoo culture. This little guy has been going around, messing up people's bodies since 1910! There has been a lot of iterations of this design, and as time goes on it gets more and more modern. I hope I was able to capture his essence with this tattoo for Casey.

Over the summer, I was able to tattoo one of my long-time crushes!
This is Mr Natural. He's a cartoon character created by Robert Crumb, in the late 60's. He first appeared in print in an underground newspaper called #Yarrowstalks in May 1967. Since then, he's become quite known around underground communities, as well as LSD communities.
I love every single one of you.

I spent the night with my cat at a motel last night. It was some much needed rest and comfort. The place wasn't a 5star by any means. But it was such a great reprieve.
We are extending the shop's Halloween event this weekend too. If you know anybody that is interested and excited to get tattooed and hang out with us, please let them know. I'm personally going to be using the proceeds that I make to help out more families.
I don't have anything to offer, outside of helping out those that I've been helping out. I'm fortunate that I have that availability for them. I hope that you are able to be able to help similarly with those in your lives.
And we have already been trying to get by, as well as trying to get our friends, family, and neighbors to get by too. I just have a deep concern that things are going to get much worse.
Having said that, I'm definitely one of the people struggling right now. Yet because of the government shutdown, we are going to have a worse month in November. I'm sure most of you on my friends list and followers are already quite generous and amazing people.

This month has been hard on everyone, myself included. I can tell because we had an all-weekend event at our shop, and we barely had any traffic. Although, we are super happy to have served everyone that did show up; y'all are heroes in my book!
