I moved to the new plot #46 and neighborhood with a view of the waterfall. I also changed ownership from my main Kresto (rus) to Kresto from Argent Dawn.

I spent 110k gold at the auction on this statue, and now I found out that ALL the decor can be ordered and in terms of resources this statue will only cost 8.5k gold.

Technically the bedroom is already ready.
Generally, you can build a house using items sold by vendors; they cost no more than 150 gold.
Anything else must be purchased at auction. For example, a statue cost 120,000 gold.
Well, only if guests don't go into other completely empty rooms :D
My WoW Housing WIP
Damn, I spent almost 500k gold and 12 hours on it.
I also had a room with a default staircase, and to remove it and make a new one, I had to delete the bedroom. But no matter, I'll rebuild it.
Damn, that takes about 400-450 limit out of 1700
