He arrived at #Auschwitz on 31 August 1942 in a transport of 1,000 Jews deported from Drancy. He was among the 676 people murdered after selection in a gas chamber.
An original Nashville sit-in member, along with Diane Nash, James Bevel, and John Lewis. Trained in non-violence by James Lawson. At age 21, he signed a will before the Freedom Rides, knowing he could die.
May his soul be at peace, and may we all have such courage in the face of oppression.

As you know, in the UK you just need to climb to a shade above 30% support, and then trust in the crooked voting system to give you the 400 seats you need rather than the 200 seats you earned.
