While most reviews focus on the narrative highs and lows, the film slips in quite a few political elements. Despite being labeled as a drama, A24 subtly incorporates sociopolitical undertones that shape the film’s backdrop, amplifying the characters’ psychological responses.

I kinda liked how the movie plays with the audience’s expectations, making it seem like everything is perfectly set up for Marty to achieve his ambition, only for it to turn into comedy by the end.

Finally wrapped up today’s deadlines and squeezed in a movie night after three weeks of no entertainment. Went with Marty Supreme and yeah… it absolutely delivered!

After seven months of waiting, I finally snagged that Black Friday game deal. Every. Penny. Worth it.
