According to Merrian Webster, schizophrenia can refer to the mental illness, however it also refers to contradictory or antagonistic qualities or attitudes. That is how I used the word and as I understand it the label stems from the word's original meaning

We live in a culture and society that actively promotes narcissists to positions of leadership, which means they aren't wrong. We want to know why gen Z and gen Alpha have so many mental health problems, it's because the culture feeds them a schizophrenic narrative.
