Some Tenants Could Get Only One Day’s Eviction Notice, Under Federal Bill (Gift Article) Legislation would end tenant protections that were first put in place during the pandemic.

Under President Biden, a 30-day eviction notice rule was made permanent. A new bill would erase it and landlords would be allowed to give tenants in federally-subsidized housing three days’ notice or less before evicting them. @nytimes.com
