Was planning on recording audio for the latest deck tech today, but I’m just getting over a sickness and my throat/voice said nope 😆
Instead I played some Ghost of Yotei, which was a great alternative. Hopefully my voice will let me record sometime early this week!
The Fallout Secret Lair is pretty cool, lots of good cards, I could just never get into the IP, even though I’ve played pretty much every Fallout game since 3. It’s such a weird thing; I love Elder Scrolls and that type of gameplay, but I think the aesthetics of Fallout just don’t vibe with me.

Rather than going to the next color for sorting, figured I’d do the lands first since I found those containers. Will probably have to put the swamps in the clear container the mixed bundle was in, but so far I’m absolutely loving using these color coded bins!
Finally got all my green common and uncommon cards sorted/alphabetized. Now just Blue, Black, Red, and White to go!

Wife and I were cleaning the basement today and she found these bins that’ll be perfect for all my overflowing basic lands. They’re even color coded! Though unfortunately there weren’t any black ones.

No video tomorrow; got some upsetting news at work today that caps off an already bad week, so I’ll be spending my time this weekend focusing on mental health. Depending on how tomorrow goes the video may be out this weekend but otherwise I’ll have it next week. Mental health breaks are important!
This has a very “Mother of Runes” feel to it, though hexproof is far worse than protection. Still, I think it has some potential as a commander.

Got a new table today to help with sorting cards (currently alphabetizing my green cards), and will probably use this for some videos in the future for things like pack openings. Just need to figure out proper lighting for that first. Fun things ahead! #MTG
This thing is pretty nutty. Thankfully the ward abilities are life and not mana, so removing this shouldn’t be too difficult. Still… wow, what a way to protect ALL of your things!

This is another incredible card draw option for a typal deck, similar to Distant Melody. The fact it has convoke, which pairs perfectly with creature tokens, makes it *chef’s kiss*

Honestly, this is awesome. I was a HUGE Muppets fan when I was a kid. Dinosaurs was, and still is, one of my absolute favorite TV shows. To see two things that have influenced my life so much come together, it’s an incredible thing.
Been re-watching my favorite show, Supernatural, and I’d love to make a themed deck with Sam and Dean at the helm. I’m thinking probably an equipment deck to represent all their different weapons. Who’d be a good commander for this? Could be partners or a single commander w/ two characters. #MTG
I don’t think I’ve ever finished a book as fast as this one! Just under a week… but wow, was it a great book. Especially that ending. Anyone with any interest in 40k, definitely check this one out! Now for the Eisenhorn Omnibus which.. I think will take me a lot longer to finish lol
