What a year it has been! Best year on the railway to this date. From opportunities I was given in January to now finishing off with a Class 37 Railtour.
Was booked into standard class but got upgraded to first class for free. Nice bonus

Sunday is a rare day to travel for me since nothing much happens. Except for railtours.
Yesterday I attended the Class 455 Farewell Tour which was a journey from Waterloo to Places like Kingston, Epsom, Dorking, Guilford, Halsemere, Twickenham etc.

Here is 455719 departing Surbition heading towards Woking.
Possible last rides in normal passenger service now.
Will be back next Sunday for the Farewell Tour since sucessfully managing to book myself onto it.

Not only being a year older but another decade has started for myself.
The last year has been fantastic espically on the railway. Looking forward to the next 10 years of what I get up to!

720583 departing Southend airport heading Towards Southend Victoria running on the up line rather than the down line since of a track defect in the Southend vic area.
Followed by 66731 on 3S60 in under a min later.
Last Saturday went on a ride on @serailway.bsky.social Class 465 465908 from London Victoria to London Cannon Street via Orpington and a ride through the Train Washer at Grove park depot (wasn't on unfortunately).
Also got to go into the cab of 908 at Cannon Street.
