They are attacking the accounts of high-ranking officials, military personnel, civil servants and journalists.

In the morning, Russia struck the center of Sloviansk with three guided aerial bombs. Two people were reported killed and 11 injured, including a 14-year-old girl. At least six residential apartment buildings and about a dozen cars were damaged.
