Starfleet makes them docks big
Well, that's some interesting timing. There I am scrolling YouTube and suddenly Nightdive has a trailer for a SiN Reloaded that they just uploaded a day or so ago.
I also spotted a new cat, a tortie.
Also, they mended the side of the building using a system of screws and chicken wire, no doubt supremely confident that I'm the only one who is going to notice.
Well, Spring means it's time for plant posting again. My two surviving plants are back outside and the outlook for the ghost pepper is already exceptionally grim. It has lost half of its leaves.
I need to change the soil on both plants, then get new plants to replace the two dead ones.
It is a spam email claiming to be from Lowe's offering the reader to claim a free Kobalt brand tool set. However, the email ultimately derives from the red head sluts dot com domain, which doesn't seem like a great domain to use for hawking free tool sets unless the tool is your hog.
Every so often I like to scrutinize my spam messages to see what domains they come from. The results tend to raise more questions than answers. Now, I'm not gonna assume that the owners of redheadsluts dot com are scrupulous people but I do wonder if they know they're serving up this dogshit.
*sound of broken plates* Oh no! My narratives!
You can really tell that the President has gotten a little too comfortable with yes men who let him get his way because he really thinks the whole Iranian conflict is gonna be over when he says it is. It don't work like that, big guy. You take a bite of the shit sandwich you gotta clean that plate.
Oh God, it's raining. There's thunder and lightning. I am filled with terror, if only because a lightning strike too close to the building will set off the goddamn fire alarm.
A late 60s pocket radio called Internet Satellite.
So several years before the term Internet was coined for a network of interconnected computer networks in the mid 70s. Several years earlier a small company in Beckenham Kent sold cheapo Hong Kong made pocket radios.
They called themselves Internet.
Here is one I bought today with box.
And that's just one reason why Duke 3D still has The Juice.
Hegseth's glee at butchery is truly nauseating, not in the least because he looks like some sort of horrible chimera made from vivisecting a pug and a Neanderthal together then stuffing the resultant monster into an ill-fitted suit.
Picard: It's a computer simulation of thoroughbred horse racing called Umamusume Pretty Derby. The program was quite popular in the 21st century.
Riker: Mm. 'Pretty' is accurate. That Goldship is quite something.
Picard: I hadn't noticed. I enjoy the simulation's tactical qualities.
Riker: Yes, sir.
Avoided watching the How to FIX The Forever Winter" video on YouTube for weeks because I felt it would be tedious. Having now watched the video though I fear the videographer is correct on all points. Unfortunately none of these are easy fixes. TFW needs difficult fixes, sadly.
Just watch out for the girlfriend-shaped mirror demon. It's a tricky one.
Watching a video of Sega Saturn Quake. It's very green.

Bleagh! I got DSTed while I slept. That's gonna fuck with me.
Last few days I've been cuttin' huge doo doo logs. Straight up forestry going on in the bathroom around here.

if you wish marathon was a single player game and not a hardcore pvp extraction shooter, may i point you to project silverfish? it has elements of extraction shooters and a lot of wild stuff going on
You'll never find your way out of the infinite shopping mall in time to make your flight at the airport, that much is becoming all too clear.
A picture of Brian and Jack with the text "What my dreams look like 5 minutes before my alarm puts me in fight or flight" And it's just a bunch of shit
But back to SiN, I'm left with arguably an even more important question and one that I've never seen asked: does Alexis Sinclaire wear Republican Makeup? Given that she's some sort of deeply immoral billionaire getting rich off the mutant industry I'd say the odds are pretty good that she does.
Given that the recipient decided to play by the classic Insincere Cad playbook I feel perfectly justified trotting out the classic.
Y'know, that puts me on a separate thought I've had percolating on my brain for some time now: all my favorite stuff on the N64 was single player, by and large. My little nephews mostly play multiplayer because naturally they are siblings and must share. Suggests a lot about how taste in games forms
Though for all the influence those games had in their era and subsequent decades, I can't help but think that a lot of that influence is all but gone now. I believe they call fall under the monicker of "uncslop" now.
This game is crying out for a good FOSS engine replacement, but I doubt it'll ever happen. SiN's greatest sin, by far, was releasing in 1998. Tough year to be an FPS that isn't Half-Life or Unreal. Real tough year. Starcraft came out in 1998.
