It is neither too early nor too late to start that thing you want to do. There will always be advantages and disadvantages at any given time. Honor yourself by pursuing your goals.

It's a chaotic time. Have you eaten something today? Taken your meds? Gone for a walk outside? Called a friend recently or made plans to see one in person?

It's tempting to rot in bed or doomscroll all day. I get it. You still deserve moments of joy and enough time to rest.

Never be afraid to lean into your community. They want to be there for you, just as the same as you want to be there for them. These last two weeks have been a great lesson in how quickly a determined group of people can move mountains.

So much change is coming on so rapidly that it’s leaving my head spinning. Glad that I’ve improved when it comes to organizing my life. Big updates coming soon!

I understand this so well, and it’s easy to feel stuck. My experience has been that every step forward, no matter how small, makes the goal seem more and more attainable.
