Today i have mostly in agony and napping
Fucked
Knackered
Shocking
Close to over
Fuck today. Knackered.
This hasn't gone entirely well....
... we're here... But were not going "here"
Already lost!!!
And we're off!!!
What's that?
We're heading out of London for a walkabout episode!
That sounds fun.
Commercial stations are not only a threat to BBC and Local news, but also, Bauer and Capital etc are literally buying up and stripping away local stations and filling in the gaps with london central programming. It's kinda disgusting.
totally - it was honestly the reason why i stopped doing it - it felt like a waste of my time, money and energy. Also I'm lazy. Also I'm not great/passionate at stand up.
Also, podcasting allows me to do what i want!
I think comedy outside of london is a better place to grow!
Humanity in 2026
"Can you believe all that horrible shit that happened in the 1940s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s - with wars and fascism and shit... what the fuck was all that about..."
...then refuses to look out the window to see that nothing has fucking changed at all bar the optics.
to be honest, i'd just love for the GICP to return in general - i kinda adore their honest takes on the franchise.
With regards to the cartoon series, it will be interesting to see what direction they go in - because i thought Extreme GB WAS the ghostbusters in the 90s!
Is it Sunday already?
Well, soon...
It's time for Paul, Olllie and Stuart to hop the logs and dodge the traffic to get home safe... They're playing FROGGER!
The board game version, obviously!

Well slap my bum and call me Barbara! It's @leaguexboardgames.bsky.social day! And today the lads are going Frogging! Oooooo get yourself over to #YouTube now!
I think being a stand up in London is a bit of a poisoned chalice as its the "big fish, small pool" kinda thing.
If you are more central, i'd imagine there is a lot of venues that are more open to you than the overbooked nonsense of the London scene. At the end of the day, you'll find your audience!
Great episode of a great podcast!
It's here! Episode 5 of PantoSplaining sees us only a few minutes down the road from Episode 4 but when we saw the stars and director in Halifax in 1995 we couldn't resist.
Watch us investigate James Whale, Donna Air and Sooty at

Or you can visit linktr.ee/PantoSplaining
I do not own anything like Minecraft - i do not have the time or inclination for those kinds of things!!
I'll happily view from afar!
The BBC is more than news. More than opinion.
Yes, it's news reporting is fucking spinning around desperately but the BBC is not just news.
To say "we no longer need it" is sad as it cuts off the arts, sport, local news and community support, new voices, comedy, drama, the many tv & audio channels
I've always been of the opinion that stand up takes up too much of the conversation when it comes to comedy. there are more strings to the violin of comedy than one person talking! So i took my love of comedy away from comedy nights and into pods where i finally found my audience and voice in comedy
Its LIVE Baby!!
We get our board game, video game, game-on this week by tackling Frogger!!!

youtu.be/Yz12Jz_H3UY?...
On it!!!
Now, I'm no Clinton Baptiste, but I'm getting a word... Conman! And if you listen to this weeks @cheapshow.bsky.social Podcast, you'll get a review of some sauces AND the main feature of the story of a physic conman - www.youtube.com/watch?v=zP8L...
And get well soon Mr Eli @e-loud.bsky.social
I honestly don't think i can use the word "psychic medium" in a sentence without adding the word "con man"
There was a fantastic Sauce Report on this week's Cheapshow Podcast in which Eli predicts that cheese sauces will be the next big thingβ¦
Next day in Uxbridge we saw Popeye's Chicken and Wendy's both promoting new cheese sauces & dips as productβwhere the food being dipped is unknown or irrelevant.
