Advice: get a stroker/sleeve. My hands are pretty fucked up these days and it helps prevent cramping. As does pumping but a transmasc stroker does the trick.

I started out on 1/4 of 20mg twice a day, then switched to 1/2. the ones I still had from living in Germany were easily splittable but the ones I get here in Spain have a film coating that makes that almost impossible. I'm doing OK on the 10mg twice a day so feels silly to go up to 2x20mg just now

I don't see how tbh. I think it's likely I am just so chronically under-sleeping (and have been my entire life) that the moment my body gets a lick of more sleep it clamours for more.
