Great paper from Jason Ivanusicβs lab: they imaged CGRP fibres in cleared joints and found a major loss of subchondral bone innervation in MIA vs controlsβopposite to the idea of NGF-driven sprouting in OA. Does the MIA just wipe out the fibres?
