Scientists even found old plants under the ice-proof it wasn’t always this frozen, even when the planet was only a bit warmer than today.

Algae grows.
Dark ice absorbs more heat.

It’s like swapping a white shirt for a black one in the sun.

Same planet. More heat absorbed.

Wow, chicken diseases are terrible. In Ghana cooked eggs used to be 0.5cedis in 2018, now it’s 4 Cedis.

One thing climate change teaches you is this:

Nature doesn’t negotiate.

You can argue online.
Delay decisions.
Pretend it’s politics.

But physics just keeps going.

Everything uses energy.
The question is whether it saves more energy than it burns.

Climate isn’t about being “pure.”
It’s about being efficient. I try my best and I am also asking everyone to try their best 😌🙏🏿

Think of it like this:

If you build your house inside a river path,
you can keep raising the walls

But at some point, the river always wins.

The smart move isn’t bigger walls,
it’s moving the house.

Climate action isn’t fear.
It’s common sense.

From what I just read - The Somerset Levels used to be under the sea.

Scientists say sea levels could rise ~2m within 75 years — and more after that.

Translation:
You can’t permanently fight the ocean.

At some point, moving people is smarter than raising walls forever.

This isn't just an issue for Somerset. Huge swathes of England, including the Fens, Broads and Humberhead Levels, are already at or below sea level

It’s maintenance.

You don’t service your car because you love mechanics — you do it so the engine doesn’t fail on the highway.

If you rent a house, you don’t wait for the landlord to care before you sweep.
You sweep because you live there.

Earth is the same.
No planet B. No landlord in the sky.

Taking care of the environment isn’t activism.

It’s about not leaving messes for strangers, future children, or poorer communities to clean up.
Most of us were raised better than that.

You don’t have to be an activist to care.

Was 2025 the year that business retreated from net zero? From retailers to banks, carmakers to councils, the bold pledges for carbon-neutral economies are being watered down or scrapped

Net Zero is little more than greenwash.

And now that neoliberal ‘centrism’ has successfully paved the way for neoliberal authoritarianism, greenwash is no longer necessary.

The lesson?

Money will always trump our children’s futures until this system is ripped to pieces.

To my Muslim brothers and sisters, If you don’t celebrate Christmas, there’s no need to announce it. Simply abstain and move on. We don’t need unnecessary drama over personal beliefs when peaceful coexistence and mutual respect should be our priority.

I have LGBTQ friends. I have rich friends, poor friends, Muslim friends, Christian friends, and friends from different backgrounds.

I do not have any problem with what someone chooses to do with themselves. I just mind my business and cheer people up. Maybe you should try that and be at peace!
