Oh man. It almost happened again. I almost quit Baldur’s Gate. I get so aggravated how everything is a dice roll. And I can’t help but feel like I’m always approaching scenarios the wrong way. Which of course makes me feel like a dumb gamer. (Probably just the seezees talking)

I swear #Foundation gets better every season. It’s like the budget gets bigger but the creativity and design improve too. And the acting improves too.

I swear this is going to be the year I finish #BaldursGate3. I refuse to quit this time.

Decided a replay of the franchise is in order this year. First time playing on PC. This game definitely shows a bit of its age but still a solid 1st entry in a strong franchise

I tried to sit and write out a goal for the month and my weekly plan and I just couldn’t. I felt like all I was doing was following a routine I was supposed to follow. “Doing the right thing for success” or whatever. It felt so fake. Anyone else get like that?

I just spent $600 on brake pads and rotors for two wheels, and my job has just thrown up on me with 5 different issues. I really just want pizza, wine and a warm bed.

2nd time ever playing a Silent Hill (and it was this one), first time ever doing a full playthrough on YT. This game exceeded my expectations. Spooky atmosphere, solid combat, good exploration rewards and incredible voice acting.

I’m in my mid 30s and I will never get over my ick on heating up leftovers. Unless I store them perfectly, when I heat something up I always think it looks gross. Like the worst kind of cafeteria lunch. I think it’s a mental thing.

I FINALLY finished #SilentHill2Remake last night. I’ll be editing that video and posting it ASAP.

More importantly I’m really proud of myself for posting the entire playthrough on my YT. It’s been a learning experience, and I’m excited to get going on the next game for GT’s Pixel Saga

I have a backlog ok? Enjoyed this more than I predicted. Combat challenged me without being too much. Story was impressive. Some of the traversal controls were a bit irritating. And a little disconnect between cutscene info and written lore info.

I had an interview today for a different position with my employer, and the imposter syndrome anxiety hit me hard. I’m still coming down from it. Maybe one day I’ll stop doubting myself like this.

I will always advocate for The Artful Escape. It’s such a beautiful title that captures the emotion of music imo. Enjoy!
