The company asked for a review on Google. I would say the company doesn't pay techs enough to care and the company pushed for habits that conflict with manufacture recommendations to increase profits. More jobs done with less techs.
Boiler warranty mostly expires after five years and any damage...
The manufacturer states a minimum length of exhaust piping ran inside the building before exiting the building. Necessary to do proper heat recovery. Installed with less than 5% of the manufacturer ask.
Rust inhibitor says to circulate on a cold system for 4 hours, drain, refill, get back to temperature, put it in the second stage.
Tech inserts first stage in hot system, waits 20 minutes, puts in second stage.
Manufacturer states that the burner needs to be cleaned every service and the heat exchanger flushed every other service. Tech says burner needs cleaned once at five years, never flush.
It's amazing. People at work will be excited to hear that if you become a HVAC tech, you can use your eyes to check water chemistry instead of having to test to ensure warranty on a boiler is maintained. 😑

Reach out to others about ways to practice safe habits. E.g. vehicles for food running should never be used to transport people or things to and from marches or protests. These small things have been learned and its ok to be vulnerable and ask for help with learning
This doesn't replace getting involved on your block, your school, marching, running food, making signs, calling representatives, pushing back on misinformation and disinformation.
Breathing and pushing back are becoming the same thing in Minnesota.
What does this look like for you? You decide. Small things first. Build habits by doing one thing at a time. Things that bring joy.
Save energy for the big moments.
Don't sprint. We need this for the long haul. Economics drives political will in this late stage capitalism.
Going to local cafes instead of chains. Tipping 30%+ to keep money local.
Stopped all house repair projects. Stopped all department store shopping especially if their PR has been quiet or milquetoast.
Shopping at Costco more.
I want to do more meal swaps to help open up mental capacity.
