I've only been really practicing/training for about a month and a half or so - I alternate between weight training and running nearly every other day!

Today I ran a 5K (3.1miles) focusing on keeping consistent pace - ran at 6.6/mph for the ENTIRE 5K and beat all my records! I have an outdoor 5K this coming weekend, so please wish me luck!

Raised by neglectful and selfish parents colored my childhood, and strangers around town and online paint the same picture - parasocial echo chambers where attempts at friendliness are met with hostility
