I think it's more of a niche thing like for example there will be a Stranger Things Anime soon, and I bet you after Day 1 will bring it straight to No.1 because it has a massive following stuff like this matters more.

underperforming on the Top 10 doesn't mean much, it doesn't reflect the quality of the series it just means that not many people are searching for it, and if you think about it you wouldn't look for One Piece unless you knew about it and were a fan.

watching Solo Mio it's actually refreshingly funny.
it's about a man who just got stood up and he spends the holiday in rome he arranged with her for himself.
it takes the idea of a main character often female in romcoms and makes him a male which changes the dynamic a lot.
